农业产业化经营贡献了中国农业发展,历经30年发展嬗变,以“公司+合作社+农户”为核心的经营模式在稳定要素供给、增强产品竞争力方面的边际效力逐渐递减,谋求更为紧密的联合模式、合作机制的组织创新——农业产业化联合体应运而生,成为新时代引领农业发展的组织形态。模式之所以能够被组织成员认可接受,既源于其更好迎合成员“纵向一体化”行为选择、“一体化经营”关系重塑、“分工换市场”经营追求等联合动机,也源于其在合作机制上创新设计:集合商品契约和要素契约双重属性、兼具利益分配威慑的规制设计,基于资产专用性提升与优化的契约关系强化和垂直一体化关系构建,调和异质性成员诉求、让渡主导方和组织部分收益的内部规制创设,围绕降低生产成本、提升市场竞争力、提高组织效率推动成员自治。组织创新同时带来站队效应和效应仿效、俱乐部效应和撤梯效应等正负效应,未来引导组织创设服务农业产业化,应在放大组织创新正效应上下功夫。 |

Agricultural industrialization has contributed to the development of China"s agriculture. After 30 years of development and evolution, the marginal effect of the business model with “company + cooperative + farmer” as the core in stabilizing the supply of factors and enhancing the competitiveness of products is gradually diminishing. The organizational innovation of seeking a closer joint model and cooperation mechanism——the agricultural industrialization consortium emerged as the times require, becoming an organizational form leading agricultural development in the new era. The reason why the model can be recognized and accepted by organizational members is not only because it better caters to the joint motivations of members’ “vertical integration” behavior choices, “integrated management” relationship reshaping, and “division of labor for market” business pursuit, but also because of its innovative design in cooperation mechanisms: the dual attributes of commodity contracts and factor contracts, and the regulatory design that combines the deterrence of interest distribution, Based on the enhancement and optimization of asset specificity, the strengthening of contractual relationships and the construction of vertical integration relationships, the creation of internal regulations to reconcile the demands of heterogeneous members, transfer the benefits of leading parties and organizations, and promote member autonomy around reducing production costs, enhancing market competitiveness, and improving organizational efficiency. Organizational innovation brings both positive and negative effects such as team building and imitation effects, club effects, and withdrawal effects. In the future, guiding organizations to create service agriculture industrialization should focus on amplifying the positive effects of organizational innovation. |
