| 党的二十大胜利召开，标志着我国开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程。农民专业合作社是新型农业经营主体，有利于推进农村产业振兴，促进农民收入实现结构性增长。本文基于增能赋权视角，采用2018年西南地区微观调研数据，运用内生转换模型，分析了农民专业合作社实现结构性增收的作用机制，讨论了不同模式下合作社对不同类型收入的增收效果。结果显示：①合作社具有显著的增收效应；②农户参与经营可以有效发挥合作社增能效用，通过促进农户人力资本提升、拓展就业渠道，达到经营性、工资性收入持续增长的效果；③农户要素入股可以有效发挥合作社赋权作用，通过促进资产积累，实现产权增收,保障财产性、转移性收入持续增加。基于此，本文提出强化人才带动、社企对接、政府监管三方面外部支持力度，优化产业发展、就业稳定和资产增益三方面内部保障的合作社发展思路。 |

| The successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party marks the beginning of a new journey for our country towards the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized nation. Farmer specialized cooperatives, as a new type of agricultural operation entity, contribute to the revitalization of rural industries and facilitate structural income growth for farmers. This study adopts an empowerment perspective and utilizes micro-survey data from the Southwest region in 2018. By employing an endogenous transformation model, it analyzes the mechanisms through which farmer specialized cooperatives achieve structural income growth and discusses the income-enhancing effects of cooperatives on different types of income under various modes. The results indicate: ① Cooperatives have significant income-enhancing effects. ② Farmer participation in operations can effectively leverage the empowering role of cooperatives by promoting the improvement of farmers'' human capital, expanding employment channels, and achieving sustained growth in operational and wage incomes. ③ Farmer equity participation can effectively utilize the empowering function of cooperatives by promoting asset accumulation, achieving increased property rights income, and ensuring continuous growth in property and transfer incomes. Based on these findings, this study proposes the development strategies for cooperatives, focusing on strengthening external support in terms of talent-driven approaches, aligning with social enterprises, and government supervision, as well as optimizing internal safeguards in terms of industrial development, stable employment, and asset gains. |
