| 实现农民农村共同富裕既是高标准开展“三农”工作的出发点和落脚点,亦是全面推动中国式现代化的长远目标。作为赋能农民农村共同富裕的新引擎,数字经济发展能够助力乡村产业振兴,促进高质量充分就业,推进乡村生态振兴,为提高产业增值收益、农民收入水平和生态福祉提供有力支撑。然而,当前乡村地区在产业发展、公共服务供给、绿色低碳转型等方面仍存在诸多短板,与实现农民农村共同富裕的内在要求相比存在一定差距。为此,在拓展中国式现代化新道路的征程中,扎实推进农民农村共同富裕需紧抓数字经济发展机遇,以促进乡村产业数字化转型、构建数字基本公共服务体系、加快乡村数字生态文明建设为战略任务,破解发展不平衡不充分问题,缩小城乡收入差距。从实现路径来看,应深化乡村数字治理变革,完善多元要素供给体系,推动数字城乡融合发展,为实现农民农村共同富裕注入新动能。 |

| Achieving common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is not only the starting point and end point of carrying out the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" with high standards, but also the long-term goal of comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization. As a new engine to empower common prosperity of farmers and rural areas, the digital economy can promote the revitalization of rural industries and high-quality full employment, promote rural ecological revitalization, and provide strong support for improving industrial value-added returns, farmers" income levels and ecological well-being. However, currently, there are still many shortcomings in rural areas in terms of industrial development, public service supply, green and low-carbon transformation, and there is a certain gap compared to the inherent requirements of achieving common prosperity for farmers and rural areas. To this end, in the journey of expanding the new road of Chinese-style modernization, in order to solidly promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas, it is necessary to seize the development opportunities of the digital economy, take promoting the digital transformation of rural industries, building a digital basic public service system, and accelerating the construction of rural digital ecological civilization as strategic tasks, solve the problem of uneven and insufficient development and narrow the urban-rural income gap. From the perspective of the realization path, we should deepen the reform of rural digital governance, improve the diversified factor supply system, promote the integrated development of digital urban and rural areas, and inject new momentum into the realization of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. |
