| 近40多年来,随着城镇化进程的不断推进,我国乡村社会发生了巨大变迁。乡村社会是宅基地“三权分置”改革与全面推进乡村振兴的空间场域,以当前乡村社会在人口结构、职业分化、乡风习俗、乡土文化、价值伦理、利益关系、治理组织、村庄治理等方面变迁的演进趋势与主要表征为研究出发点,揭示乡村社会变迁与宅基地“三权分置”、乡村振兴的关系指向,阐释社会变迁对宅基地“三权分置”与乡村振兴的冲击影响,提出宅基地“三权分置”与乡村振兴对社会变迁对的响应之策,从而为农村宅基地“三权分置”改革与全面推进乡村振兴提供理论参考。 |

| The Impact and Traction of Rural Social Change on the “Separation of Three Rights” of Homestead and Rural Revitalization |

| Abstract: |
| In the past 40 years, with the advancement of urbanization, great changes have taken place in the rural society of China. Rural society is an important spatial field for the reform of the "separation of three rights" of residential land and the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization. The starting point is the evolution trend and main characteristics of the changes in the current rural society in terms of population transfer, occupational differentiation, rural customs, local culture, values and ethics, interest relations, governance organizations, and village governance. This paper reveals the relationship between rural social change and the "three rights separation" of homestead and rural revitalization, explains the impact of social change on the "three rights separation" of homestead and rural revitalization, and puts forward the countermeasures of the "three rights separation" of homestead and rural revitalization to respond to social change, so as to provide theoretical reference for the reform of "three rights separation" of rural homestead and comprehensively promote rural revitalization. |
