| 探明与地区特定生产条件相适宜的粮食生产外包服务供给形式,有助于中国式农业现代化目标的实现。针对中国粮食生产外包服务形式一直存在显著地区差异的经济现象,文章试图通过深入剖析外包服务规模经济的多维度来源,以及不同来源下适宜的外包服务实践形式,揭示外包服务形式差异的可能原因,以及随着粮食生产外部环境变化,外包服务可能的转型方向。利用吉林、江苏、四川三省300个样本村的调研数据进行实证分析,结果表明,地块规模和区域有效作业量是地区外包服务供给发育及服务供给形式决策的重要因素。对于区内有效作业量小且地块规模也小的地区,难以发育出本地服务供给,更多使用外来跨区服务；对于区内有效作业量小,但地块面积大的地区,除了有利于发育出本地区内服务供给之外,还更容易催生出前往外地提供外包服务的跨区服务供给；而对于区内有效作业量足够大的地区,无论地块面积大小,均有利于发育出本地区内服务供给,但未必会产生跨区服务供给。建议在充分利用中国大市场规模优势的同时,兼顾地区资源禀赋差异,采取适度培育本地外包服务供给与充分利用跨区服务优势相结合的多元化方式促进当地粮食生产方式转型升级。 |

| Exploring the supply forms of grain production outsourcing services that are suitable for specific production conditions in the region can help achieve the goal of modernization of Chinese style agriculture.In response to the significant regional differences in the form of outsourcing services for grain production in China, this study attempts to reveal the possible reasons for the differences in outsourcing service forms and the possible transformation direction of outsourcing services with changes in the external environment of grain production by deeply analyzing the multidimensional sources of outsourcing service economies of scale and the appropriate outsourcing service practice forms under different sources.Empirical analysis was conducted using survey data from 300 sample villages in Jiangsu, Jilin, and Sichuan provinces. The results showed that land parcel size and regional market size are important factors in the development of regional outsourcing service supply and the decision-making of service supply forms.For areas with small effective work volume and small plot size within the area, it is difficult to develop local service supply, and more external cross regional services are used; For areas with small effective workload but large land area, in addition to facilitating the development of local service supply, it is also more likely to generate cross regional service supply that provides outsourced services to other places; For areas with sufficient effective work volume within the area, regardless of the size of the plot, it is beneficial to develop local service supply, but it may not necessarily generate cross regional service supply.It is recommended to fully utilize the scale advantage of China"s large market while taking into account regional resource endowment differences, and adopt a diversified approach that combines moderate cultivation of local outsourcing service supply with full utilization of cross regional service advantages to promote the transformation of local food production methods. |
