| 加快农业强国建设是我国极具前瞻性和系统性的一项战略部署，新质生产力所蕴含的前沿性技术和颠覆性技术及其催生出的新业态强劲提升农业全要素生产率，强劲赋能农业强国建设。新质生产力助推乡村振兴战略新质生产力助力补齐农业短板新质生产力助力农业应变局、开新局。当前，急需探索新的农业前沿技术和颠覆性技术等新质生产力赋能农业强国建设新路径；急需大力培育和储备农业新质人才为农业强国建设提供人才支撑；乡村产业体系现代化发展及振兴急需新质生产力及成果来推进；仍需持续改革和完善新质生产力赋能农业强国建设的相关体制机制。需要新质生产力来助力农业强国建设，其路径为：着力聚焦农业前沿技术和颠覆性技术领域取得突破性进展，科学赋能助力农业强国建设。持续强化农业新质人才培育、储备以及高精尖人才引进，为农业强国建设提供新质人才支撑。探索大数据、数字技术、互联网、物联网等新质生产力助力乡村产业体系振兴新路径。建立健全新质生产力助力农业强国建设的相关体制机制，打破培育农业新质生产力思想桎梏和制度阻碍。推探索农业新质生产力提升农业发展韧性和重要农产品竞争力的新业态新模式。 |
