数字素养赋能农民共同富裕的机制与效应研究

摘要:
以四川省894份农民微观调查数据,运用OLS、2SLS模型、中介效应模型与调节效应模型,全面解构数字素养赋能农民共同富裕的机制与效应,并利用Sobel法、Bootstrap法、绘制调节效应图等多种方法进行内生性处理与稳健性检验。结果表明:(1)在控制了年龄、性别和种植年限等一系列控制变量后,数字素养在5%的水平上显著正向影响农民共同富裕。(2)数字素养的增强可以促进农民拥有更高的技术嵌入水平和农民信息要素积累,进而提升其共同富裕实现概率,技术嵌入与信息共享的中介效应分别占总效应的比重为21.10%和33.94%。(3)信息环境和资金赋能在数字素养对农民共同富裕的影响中发挥正向调节作用,调节效应分别在1%和10%水平上显著。据此,提出拓宽农民数字素养提升渠道、加强农村数字技术基础设施建设、搭建农村综合信息共享平台、构建数字技术应用环境等政策建议。

Research on the mechanism and effect of digital literacy empowering farmers’ common prosperity

Abstract:
Based on the micro-survey data of 894 farmers in Sichuan province, OLS, 2SLS model, intermediary effect model and regulatory effect model were used to comprehensively deconstruct the mechanism and effect of empowering farmers with digital literacy for common prosperity, and various methods such as Sobel method and drawing regulatory effect map were used to conduct endogenetic processing and robustness test. The results showed that: (1) After controlling a series of control variables, such as age, gender and planting years, digital literacy significantly positively affected farmers" common prosperity at the level of 5%. (2) The enhancement of digital literacy can promote farmers to have a higher level of technology embedding and the accumulation of farmers" information elements, so as to enhance the realization probability of their common prosperity. The mediating effect of technology embedding and information sharing accounts for 21.10% and 33.94% of the total effect respectively. (3) Information environment
