| 紧密型县域医共体是实现医疗资源统筹配置、提升基层医疗服务能力的重要模式。然而,由于多利益主体的存在,不同主体在资源分配和运营管理中往往形成复杂的博弈关系,影响医共体的协同发展与政策效能。本文基于博弈理论,分析政府、县级医院、基层医疗机构以及患者等主体间的利益关系及其冲突,提出政策优化建议,为紧密型县域医共体的可持续发展提供理论与实践支持。 |

| Close-knit County Medical Communities: Multi-agent Interest Game and Policy Optimization PathsLiu Li:SClose-knit county medical communities are an important model for achieving coordinated allocation of medical resources and enhancing the capacity of primary medical services. However, due to the presence of multiple stakeholders, complex game relationships often form among different entities in resource allocation and operational management, affecting the collaborative development and policy effectiveness of medical communities. Based on game theory, this paper analyzes the interest relationships and conflicts among the government, county-level hospitals, primary medical institutions, and patients, and proposes policy optimization recommendations to provide theoretical and practical support for the sustainable development of close-knit county medical communities.Keywords:SClose-knit county medical communities; Multi-agent game; Policy optimization; Interest coordination; Resource allocation |
