| 推进农村三产深度融合,增强产业链韧性,是建设农业强国的核心路径。共生理论为准确把握农村三产深度融合概念的新特质提供了独特视野,而克服农业的弱质性以及数智技术在农业农村领域的广泛应用和深入渗透,是推进农村三产深度融合,建设农业强国的现实逻辑。根据共生理论,推进农村三产深度融合,建设农业强国的实践进路是共生单元、共生机制、共生情景等基本要素协同、适配、互促的过程,但当前面临共生单元不充分、共生机制不协调、共生情景不配套等方面的困境。对此,共生单元优化路径应树立大农业观,发展特色产业,延伸产业链,打造产业集群,壮大规模化的新型农业经营主体；共生机制应推进有为政府和有效市场相结合,创设加速农村三产深度融合的市场机制,完善产业链利益联结模式,打造共富联合体；共生情景应发力农业新质生产力提升和农业农村领域深层次改革。 |

| Promoting the in-depth integration of Agriculture, Industry and Service Sector in rural areas and enhancing the resilience of the agricultural industrial chain are the core paths toward building a strong agricultural country. The symbiosis theory provides a unique perspective for accurately grasping the new characteristics of the integration depth of Agriculture, Industry and Service Sector. Overcoming the vulnerability of agriculture and the extensive application and in-depth penetration of digital and intelligent technologies in the fields of agriculture and rural areas are the practical logics for promoting rural integration of Agriculture, Industry and Service Sector and building a strong agricultural country. According to the symbiosis theory, the practical approach to promoting that and building a strong agricultural country is a process in which basic elements such as symbiotic units, symbiotic mechanisms, and symbiotic scenarios coordinate, adapt to, and promote each other, and facing challenges such as insufficient symbiotic units, uncoordinated mechanisms, and mismatched scenarios. Paths optimization for symbiotic units should Establish a comprehensive agricultural perspective, and extend internally and externally the characteristic industrial chains, build the industrial clusters, and strengthen the new types of large-scale agricultural businesses. For the mechanism aspect,the efforts should focus on combining proactive government with efficient markets, establishing market mechanisms conducive to the accelerated integration of the agriculture, industry and service sector, improving the interest linkage model of the industrial chain,and build a common-prosperity consortium. The symbiotic scenario should focus on enhancing the new quality productive forces in agriculture and deep-seated reforms in the agricultural and rural sectors. |
