基于农户异质性视角,使用黑龙江省1208个玉米种植户的调研数据,运用Logit模型实证分析农户新技术采用的行为差异和影响农户新技术采用需求的关键因素,然后使用EBM模型对农户农业生产技术效率进行测度。研究发现:农户在新技术采用行为上存在明显异质性特征;影响农户新技术采用行为的因素存在差异,但金融特征和信息特征均能显著提高农户新技术采用概率;农地规模和金融特征对农户新技术采用需求有显著正向影响,户主年龄、是否为合作社成员和积温优势对农户新技术采用需求有负向作用;采用新技术的农户农业生产技术效率显著高于未采用新技术农户;在农地规模上,技术效率大致呈“√”形,即规模越小的小户农业生产的技术效率较高,规模越大的大户农业生产的技术效率也越高。大户采用新技术的概率更高,农业生产技术效率也较高,但这与小户同样具备较高生产技术效率的事实并不矛盾。 |

Based on the heterogeneity of farmers perspective, using survey data from 1,208 corn growers in Heilongjiang Province, using the Logit model to analyze the behavior difference of the new technology of the farmers and the key factors in the application of the new technology of the farmers, then the EBM model is used to measure the technical efficiency of farmers agricultural production. The study found that: there is a significant heterogeneity in the use of new technology by the farmers; there are differences in the factors that affect the behavior of farmers adoption of new technologies, but the characteristics of financial and information can improve the probability of the new technology of the farmer; land management scale and financial characteristics have a significant positive impact on farmers demand for the adoption of new technologies, the age of the head of household, whether to provide a negative effect on the demand of the new technology of the farmer for the cooperative member and the accumulated temperature advantage; the technical efficiency of agricultural production of farmers with new technology is significantly higher than that of farmers without new technology; on the scale of agricultural land, the technical efficiency is generally in the shape of a “√”, that is, the smaller the smaller households, the higher the technical efficiency, and the larger the larger households, the higher the technical efficiency. The probability of adopting new technology is higher for large households, and the technical efficiency of agricultural production is also higher, but this does not contradict the fact that small households also have higher technical efficiency. |
