农村产业融合作为新发展阶段农村生产力发展的重大创新,理应成为助推乡村振兴战略和落实“双碳”目标的重要抓手。本文基于“规模-资本-技术”分析框架,利用空间面板SARAR模型、中介效应模型考察农村产业融合对不同污染性生产行为的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)农村产业融合发展水平与不同的污染性农业生产行为均具有显著的负向关系,即农村产业融合的发展进一步降低了农业生产中化肥施用、农药以及农膜使用强度,有利于推动农业绿色发展和“双碳”的目标实现。考虑空间效应和内生性问题,基于广义空间两阶段最小二乘法(GS2SLS)的稳健性检验,结果进一步强化了上述结论。(2)机制分析表明,农村产业融合具有显著的规模效应、资本效应和技术效应,即农村产业融合主要是通过促进农业规模经营、提升农村人力资本以及推动农业技术进步来间接影响不同污染性农业生产行为。(3)进一步分析发现,产业融合对农村环境污染的影响具有显著的单门槛特征,只有在发展水平高于门槛值时,产业融合才能有效地促进农村生态环境改善。可见,中国应强化农村产业深度融合发展,推动农业适度规模经营和种植结构调整,加快农业技术创新和农村人力资本积累进程,实现农村经济与生态建设双赢。 |

Research on the Environmental Effects of Rural Industrial Integration under the Dual-Carbon Target ——Based on the perspective of "scale-capital-technology" |

Rural industrial integration, as a major innovation in the development of rural productivity in the new development stage, should become an important starting point for boosting the rural revitalization strategy and implementing the "dual carbon" goal. Based on the "scale-capital-technology" analysis framework, this paper uses the spatial panel SARAR model and the mediation effect model to investigate the impact of rural industrial integration on different polluting production behaviors and its mechanism. The results show that: (1) The development level of rural industrial integration has a significant negative relationship with different polluting agricultural production behaviors, that is, the development of rural industrial integration further reduces the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and agricultural film in agricultural production. It is conducive to promoting the green development of agriculture and the realization of the goal of "double carbon". Considering spatial effects and endogeneity issues, the results based on generalized spatial two-stage least squares (GS2SLS) robustness tests further strengthen the above conclusions. (2) Mechanism analysis shows that rural industrial integration has significant scale effects, capital effects and technological effects, that is, rural industrial integration mainly indirectly affects different polluting agriculture by promoting large-scale agricultural operations, improving rural human capital, and promoting agricultural technological progress. production behavior. (3) Further analysis found that the impact of industrial integration on rural environmental pollution has a significant single-threshold feature. Only when the level of development is higher than the threshold value, can industrial integration effectively promote the improvement of rural ecological environment. It can be seen that China should strengthen the in-depth integration and development of rural industries, promote moderate-scale agricultural operations and the adjustment of planting structure, accelerate the process of agricultural technological innovation and rural human capital accumulation, and achieve a win-win situation for rural economic and ecological construction. |
