基于复杂系统观,以土地托管生产模式为例,从组态视角分析了服务外包、生产环境与粮食作物化肥减量间的复杂关系。研究发现:服务外包并非是实现粮食作物化肥减量的必要条件,外部情景因素与服务外包的复杂关系为实现化肥减量提供了外包主导型、分险规避型、规模经济型和突破创新型四条路径。超高化肥减量离不开外部市场的刺激和政府的参与,在均衡发展型和政策主导型组态中农户内外部资源均衡和政府“重推之手”参与是化肥减量提升的核心条件。不同路径内部构成要素之间存在共生、替代和互补的复杂关系,特别是农地规模与行为能力之间相辅相成的协同共生关系驱动着化肥减量的实现,政府规制与主体认知之间较强的竞争互补性和农地规模与生产风险之间此消彼长的替代关系促进了化肥减量实现路径多元化。 |

The multi synergy path of service Outsourcing, Production Environment and grain grops fertilizer reduction——Land trusteeship production mode as an example |

Based on the view of complex system, taking the land trusteeship production mode as an example, the complex relationship between service outsourcing, production environment and fertilizer reduction of grain crops is analyzed from the perspective of configuration. The research found that: (1) service outsourcing is not a necessary condition to achieve the reduction of fertilizer for food crops. The complex relationship between external scenario factors and service outsourcing provides four paths to achieve the reduction of fertilizer: outsourcing oriented, risk based, economies of scale and breakthrough innovative. (2) The ultra-high fertilizer reduction cannot be separated from the stimulation of the external market and the participation of the government. In the balanced development type and policy oriented configuration, the balance of internal and external resources of farmers and the government"s "push hand" participation are the core conditions for the improvement of fertilizer reduction. (3) There is a complex relationship of symbiosis, substitution and complementation among the internal components of different paths. In particular, the synergetic relationship between farmland scale and behavioral capacity drives the realization of fertilizer reduction. The strong competition complementarity between government regulation and subject cognition and the alternative relationship between farmland scale and production risk promote the diversification of fertilizer reduction paths. |
