粮食安全是国民经济稳定的基础,是构建现代化经济体系的重要保障。基于小农户与家庭农场的经营特征比较发现,家庭农场更追求利润最大化,农业专业化水平相对较高,生态自觉性与合作意识较强,且对农业社会化服务需求更为迫切;在种粮行为逻辑方面,小农户遵循的是以收益最大化为目标的经济逻辑,而家庭农场遵循的是以生产要素最优化为目标的市场逻辑,二者逻辑选择上的差异导致小农户“非粮化”与家庭农场“趋粮化”两种不同意愿。因此,在破解“谁来种粮”及“如何种粮”现实问题上,不能简单的实行“一刀切”或片面取舍,二者都是农业生产经营的重要组成部分,应加强农业生产经营适度规模化、生产集约化,推进农业科技水平提升,促进农业转型升级和现代化发展,全方位夯实粮食安全根基。 |

“Who grows the grain”: The Characteristics and Logical Choices of Smallholder and Family Farms |

Abstract: |
Food security is the foundation of national economic stability and an important guarantee for building a modern economic system. Based on the comparison of the operating characteristics of small farmers and family farms, it is found that family farms are more in pursuit of profit maximization, the level of agricultural specialization is relatively high, the sense of ecological consciousness and cooperation is strong, and the demand for agricultural socialization services is more urgent. In terms of the logic of grain planting behavior, small farmers follow the economic logic of maximizing income, while family farms follow the market logic of optimizing production factors. Therefore, in solving the practical problems of "who will grow grain" and "how to grow grain", we cannot simply implement "one-size-fits-all" or one-sided trade-offs, both of which are important parts of agricultural production and operation, and we should strengthen the appropriate scale and intensive production of agricultural production and operation, promote the improvement of agricultural science and technology, promote agricultural transformation, upgrading and modernization, and consolidate the foundation of food security in an all-round way. |
