通过释放生态红利变生态优势为经济优势是实现乡村产业振兴的最佳选择。生态产品价值实现助推乡村产业振兴具有三大基本逻辑,一是基于生态经济效益理论和“两山”理论的基本理论逻辑,二是基于政策推动、消费拉动和技术驱动的现实逻辑,三是基于国内大量案例的实践逻辑。乡村生态产业化有利于促进乡村产业经济效率提升,产业生态化有利于形成乡村生态产品品牌溢价,二者共同作用助推乡村产业振兴。基于这一内在机理,本文总结了围绕生态资源开发、农业绿色转型、资源产权流转和生态载体溢价的四种乡村产业发展模式;提出了生态产品价值实现助推乡村产业振兴的六大路径,即以科技创新为主线发展乡村生态农业,以绿色转型为主线发展农产品加工业,以品牌建设为主线发展乡村特色产业,以品质提升为主线发展乡村生态旅游产业,以促进市场交易为主线发展乡村碳汇产业,以“生态+”为主线构建乡村全产业链条。 |

Realizing the Value of Ecological Products Promotes the Revitalization of Rural Industries:Basic Logic, Internal Mechanism and Realization Path |

Changing ecological advantages into economic advantages by releasing ecological dividends is the best choice to realize the revitalization of rural industries. There are three basic logics for realizing the value of ecological products to promote the revitalization of rural industries. The first is the basic theoretical logic based on the theory of ecological and economic benefits and the theory of two mountains. The second is the realistic logic based on promotion of policy, the pulling of consumption and the driving of technology. The third is the practical logic based on a large number of domestic cases. Rural ecological industrialization is conducive to promoting the economic efficiency of rural industry, and industrial ecology is conducive to the formation of brand premium of rural ecological products. Based on this internal mechanism, this paper summarizes four rural industrial development models around ecological resource development, agricultural green transformation, resource property right transfer and ecological carrier premium. This paper puts forward six paths for the realization of the value of ecological products to promote the revitalization of rural industries, that is, to develop rural ecological agriculture with scientific and technological innovation as the main line, to develop agricultural product processing industry with green transformation as the main line, to develop rural characteristic industries with brand building as the main line, to develop rural ecological tourism industry with quality improvement as the main line, to develop rural carbon sink industry with market transaction as the main line, and to build rural whole industry chain with ‘ecology +’ as the main line. |
