| “数字鸿沟”和互联网“普惠性”的双重作用下，互联网赋能农民创业的潜在不均衡性会被加强还是减弱值得深入探讨。基于四川省753家种植业家庭农场样本展开的实证研究表明:互联网赋能家庭农场创业的“雪中送炭”和“锦上添花”效应同时存在。对近城区和社会资本关系水平更高的家庭农场主，互联网赋能在资源利用上的影响更大；对资源禀赋较低的家庭农场主，互联网赋能在机会探索方面的影响表现得更大。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Internet empowers Farmer Entrepreneurship through information, social networking, and transaction. However, under the dual effects of the "digital divide" and the "inclusiveness" of the Internet, the disequilibrium of Internet Empowerment on Farmer Entrepreneurship will be strengthened or weakened deserves in-depth discussion. This empirical study based on a sample of 753 family farms in Sichuan Province shows that Internet empowerment can significantly improve the quality of family farm entrepreneurship by improving information access, promoting virtual social networking, and providing a trading platform. However, there is an disequilibrium in this empowerment. Age, educational background, non agricultural work experience, the number of civil servants in family members, and distance from urban areas are important factors that contribute to the gap in Internet application. The results of the regulatory effect test based on social and geographical attributes indicate that the “more beneficial to the weak” and “more beneficial to the strong” effects coexist in the Internet Empowerment in Family Farm Entrepreneurship. Specifically, the impact of the Internet Empowerment on entrepreneurship effect in resource utilization is greater for family farmers who are close to urban areas and have higher levels of social capital relationships; For family farmers with low resource endowments, the impact of the Internet Empowerment on entrepreneurship effect in opportunity exploration is greater. Therefore, the hedging effects of the "digital divide" and the "inclusiveness" of the Internet coexist. To discuss the welfare impact of Internet Empowerment, it is necessary to deeply identify the joint effects of the two forces. |
